Well done to Przemek and Alan for completing their incredible 11 mile run. Despite the Great South Run being cancelled, Przemek powered through and even inspired Alan to join him on his challenge. We are so grateful for your perseverance and dedication despite the obstacles! There is still time to show your support through the JustGiving link below. Thank you both and a huge well done! https://lnkd.in/eAsk7kmw

We would like to say a huge thank you to Suzie Foster for collaborating with us for her charity initiative this summer. As part of our SPLASH workshop we look at the importance of self soothing as a coping skill and create personalised self soothe boxes to help with grounding and emotion regulation. Suzie, alongside the amazing businesses that supported her initiative, have helped us to provide self care items for our guests. Thank you hugely for your support!

Today, 10th September, is world suicide prevention day, to mark it we want to share with you this video to raise awareness of our charity. We are fortunate enough that Ben Fogle agreed to say these few words about Nai’s House. Please take a moment to have a listen. A massive thank you to Darren Field The New Driveway Company , a long term friend and supporter of Nai’s House, for organising the filming of this video. As the only youth suicide prevention charity in Oxfordshire, we are at a pivotal point in our 5 year journey and desperately need to grow our team to meet the increasing demand for our transformative and life saving services. If you’re able to donate, even just a pound, you can do so via the link below. Alternatively, please share this video with your network. Thank you! https://lnkd.in/eFsga93h .#WorldSuicidePreventionday #BenFogle #benice #SuicidePrevention #MentalHealthMatters #youthwellbeing
