People often ask why I am so deeply committed to #socialprescribing. My answer is simple: the transformation people experience is real, and once you see it, you can't help but care deeply. Why should we not intervene when we can make such a difference? Too many people are conditioned to accept that they cannot break free from their circumstances, join and support this journey towards a brighter future :-).
