I recently discovered an excellent video where the hosts explore the concept of "Compassionate Empathy" by gaining a deeper understanding of the physical challenges associated with ageing. This is a wonderful idea that has been developed to train carers with "Compassionate Empathy" for the benefit of their elderly clients. Cognitive Empathy- helps understand what people are thinking. Emotional Empathy- helps understand what people are feeling. Compassionate Empathy- helps understand what challenges people face.
