As we wrap up another fantastic year, we’re taking time to appreciate how hard our teams have worked, and enjoying our beautifully decorated HQ – where the magic of each season begins.     With twinkling lights and delicately decorated Christmas trees, we’ve loved welcoming the festive spirit.  Christmas Jumper Day and an amazing festive spread with lots of yummy treats wrapped up the celebrations for our teams at our support office. We wish you a warm and wonderful Christmas from all of us at Neptune and a successful and healthy 2025.

The Christmas season is underway here at Neptune and as the orders start to flood in for gifts and decorations, our fabulous warehouse & distribution teams are busy getting every festive package ready and on the road to it's new owner. On Saturday members of Team Neptune took part in GLOW London, walking 20km through our capital city and filling the streets with light to raise money and awareness for Mental Health UK. It was a beautiful evening for the event and we're really proud to say that the team managed to raise £3,667 for this great cause. A huge well done to Daisy Walker, Erica Downham, Richard W., Clair Tucker, Martin Howard & Rosie Clarke and a big thank you to everyone who donated. Yesterday was World Mental Health Day, this year’s theme was all about prioritising mental health in the workplace. At Neptune we strongly believe that mental health should be at the forefront of thoughts and conversations in the workplace every day of the year and not just on special occasions, and this year we’ve been able to make good use of our new employee communications platform, run in collaboration with Workvivo - by Zoom, to allow us to communicate easily and freely with our teams on mental health topics. Various community spaces have been set up on the platform to share news on mental health initiatives and information on the support available, providing a safe space for employees to discuss their mental and physical health and share what’s helped them individually, and to highlight the team of Neptune Mental Health First Aiders and Champions who work across the business. We marked World Mental Health Day with a day of posts on the platform from individual employees sharing their own experiences with mental health, as well as members of our Mental Health team offering insights and tips into various topics from menopause to charity volunteering. It’s been great to see the engagement this has generated, and we will continue to ensure that mental health is discussed openly and often. Finally, on Saturday 19th October members of Team Neptune will be completing the 20km GLOW London walk to raise money for Mental Health UK. We’re passionate about showcasing our product in real environments and our incredibly talented Creative teams are tasked with finding unique locations for every seasonal launch.
