In three sessions we heard from ... 🩺📕Meg Fenney MCIPD from HRDownload who hosted the 'People Surgery.' This session was a fantastic exchange of ideas with other business owners, focusing on the people challenges that come with running a business. 📈Darren Strong from Focus Technology Solutions Limited delivered the '5 Year Value Creation Plan - Financial/Budget planning, ' where he shared how to create a well-structured financial plan to drive growth and profitability. 🖥️Jamie Marshall from Everon - Switched on IT and Simon Doy from iThink 365 focused on, 'Enhancing Client Value: The AI and Copilot Advantage.' This session covered everything from the history of AI and demystifying common misconceptions to learning how to transition from selling traditional IT services to next-generation solutions.
