In 2014 during a meeting with a Global VP, I said I wanted to make Inventory management a sexy topic in the business, even though there had been no prior focus on it. He gave me an encouraging smile and said 'Sexy, OK' Later in 2020 when I left, so many people told me they would remember Loss Prevention for (SIM) Stock Inventory Management for helping improve sales and customer service, whilst reducing refunds. Today I hear the legacy of SIM continues to great effect.
