Before and after: a customised solution. This component was coated internally with a low friction coating. This is a high-performance treatment that gives a dry and clean lubricating film. Then it had an anti-corrosion coating applied externally. Well, that does what it says on the tin - and that improves the durability and lifespan of the equipment. At Nexus, we're experts at applying engineered coatings in a safe and trusted environment. This part was of course inspected with a Nexus Surface Treatments AMPP inspector. And getting the job right first time reduces waste and therefore time and cost. Where applicable all work is verified from an independent Level 3 AMPP inspector which is why there were no non-conformances when applying anti-corrosive coatings to customer specifications throughout 2023 and 2024.
