Hello November 🤗 October felt a bit heavy, didn't it? Employment Law changes, Worker Protection Act amendments, the Autumn Budget announcement, travelling home from work in the dark.... The National Minimum Wage will increase in April 2025. Over 3 million workers will receive a pay boost. Here's what the hourly rates will be increasing by: 🔸 21+ - increasing from £11.44 to £12.21 🔸 18-20 - increasing from £8.60 to £10.00 🔸 16-17 - increasing from £6.40 to £7.55 🔸 Apprentice - increasing from £6.40 to £7.55 This is going to have a huge impact on both employees and employers and is the first of many announcements in the Chancellor's Autumn Budget.
