Working in close collaboration with Lady Burlington, Nicola Harding & Co. worked on the newly redesigned Cavendish Hotel, shared beautifully by House & Garden. Surrounded by rolling hills dotted with grazing sheep, miles of scenic trails and within walking distance to Chatsworth House with its art and design exhibitions set in the historic stately rooms, The Cavendish has all the parts for a perfect weekend. A particularly special project for the team!

Introducing NiX by Nicola Harding, a family-run lifestyle brand born from a profound understanding of what truly makes a house a home. Launched in 2023 after 15 years of dreaming and meticulous planning, NiX is the brainchild of interior designer Nicola Harding and her husband, Andy. An embodiment of Nicola’s commitment to creating richly atmospheric spaces filled with colour and character, each piece is made in the UK & Europe by a network of skilled craftspeople using traditional techniques and responsibly-sourced materials. These slow-crafted pieces serve as a framework for everyday life, designed to be well-used and well-loved for years to come. “We want each piece to be soulful in the atmosphere that it imbues, thoughtful in the needs that it answers, but also thoughtful in the way that it’s been made, the makers we work alongside, the way that it’s packaged and transported.
