Yesterday we hosted a webinar to discuss promoting food and drink careers to the next generation with guest speakers Mel Drummond from HECK! and Lisa Rowlinson-Brown (Ma, Chartered FCIPD). Both shared interesting strategies and initiatives that are helping to raise the profile of the food manufacturing industry among those ready to leave school and primary school children.
