Node sigue creciendo y expandiendo su proyecto e invierte 20 millones de euros con la compra de dos nuevos activos residenciales en Barcelona. Así lo explica Rebeca Arroyo en Expansión. La marca de #flexliving cofundada por Esteve Almirall que inauguró su primer Hub en Alcobendas el pasado mes de julio, da un paso más en su #expansión y se centra en el barrio de Sant Antoni y en Poblenou. En esta ocasión, las boutiques iniciarán sus operaciones en 2025. Con una cartera de más de más de 500 millones de euros en activos inmobiliarios y más de 4.500 unidades entre apartamentos, estudios y habitaciones, Node se encuentra en pleno #crecimiento. El pasado jueves tuvimos la oportunidad de participar como ponentes en el evento de arquitectura residencial organizado por Grupo Vía en Barcelona junto a otros expertos del sector. Nuestra Project Manager, Miren Alli Aicua, compartió como desde Node diseñamos y ofrecemos soluciones residenciales a un segmento de usuarios, cada vez más relevante en la sociedad, que llega con nuevas prioridades y un comportamiento diferente al tradicional. Durante este evento mostramos cómo trabajamos en diseñar estas soluciones basándonos en 3 pilares: - Diseño: dejando atrás el modelo pensado para familias y creando más espacios privativos y con zonas comunes secundarias. Priorizamos los espacios colectivos con amenities como gimnasio, minimarket, gastroteca, coworking, piscina, amplias terrazas, etc. - Comunidad: fomentamos activamente la vida comunitaria y buscamos que los inquilinos hagan suyos los espacios comunes e interactúen entre ellos para mitigar el problema de la soledad y la dificultad de llegar a una gran ciudad sin una red de contactos establecida - Experiencia: proporcionando siempre flexibilidad contractual, comodidad con viviendas equipadas y servicios y con un equipo de confianza. Location matters. Identifying up and coming locations appealing to a Gen Z audience is critical when investing in the living sector to create an attractive basis with long term upside. At Node we follow our customers into locations where we know they will want to live now and longer term. That’s not always obvious to middle aged asset managers who are biased by their own historical perspectives. Hence we chose Brixton as the location for our successful boutique building in London which was 80%+ leased the month of opening and has continued to see rents grow in its second year of operations.
