Halfway through Wellbeing Week 2024, and the energy’s been top tier! Here’s a look at what we’ve done together so far: 🌍 Collective Journey – Together, we’ve smashed it! Travelled the distance from Bristol to London to Amsterdam in just two days! A huge shoutout to our current leader, Mel, for clocking the most points! Given the pace, we’re challenging ourselves to complete a round trip to boost our wellbeing further. 🌄 Bristol Lap & Yap – We kicked things off with a lunchtime wellbeing walk led by our resident hiking pro, Hannah! 🧘Desk Yoga – We stretched it out with a successful session, bringing a bit of zen to our workspaces. 🥗 Healthy Snacks – Check! Our honesty fridge is stocked up, to fuel ourselves right. 💸 Free Financial 1:1 Sessions – Personalised guidance for those who opted in! 💡 Wellbeing Resources – We’ve shared loads of tools and resources to support everyone’s well-being journey.
