Very proud of our staff support network that led to our Trust's menopause support work being recognised on a national level by the Menopause Friendly Employer Awards . Deputy CEO and chief people officer Cath Byford said: “Huge congratulations to the menopause aware advocates at NSFT for all their amazing work to support women and raise awareness of what people going through the menopause and those who are supporting them, including family, friends and colleagues, have to deal with. “More than 70% of our workforce are women or female at birth so it’s important we make everyone aware of how the menopause and perimenopause can affect their lives and those around them to make us a safer, kinder and better organisation.” Read more about NSFT being highly commended in the Best Peer-to-Peer support category: https://ow.ly/8wuJ50To2xB #MFEA24 #MenopauseFriendly #menopauseintheworkplace
