We are a small company based in the north of England, helping environmental professionals get the best out of their location (geospatial) data using GIS technologies. Almost all data relates to a location, such as the address of a customer, a digital representation of a road or populations by county. Most organisations hold some kind of geospatial data. Our GIS Consultant Alex has over 20 years of experience of working in the geospatial industry, across public, private and charity sectors. She specialises in using Esri GIS software together with UK spatial datasets and mapping. She is particularly keen to work with small and medium-sized organisations with an environmental slant, and has a strong personal interest in how GIS can be used to support environmental improvements, heritage conservation and increased biodiversity. She has an MSc in Geographical Information Systems and has held the post-nominal CGeog(GIS) since 2007.
