Northridge advised Blue Heaven Holdings on an agreement to sell its majority shareholding in Everton Football Club to The Friedkin Group. This is the third transaction involving a major English football club on which the Northridge team has advised during 2024, following its roles on Atairos’ investment in Aston Villa and Red Bull GmbH’s investment in Leeds United.
