The SE1 office market ended 2024 strongly, with Q4 recording the highest quarterly take up not just of the year, but since Q2 2021. At the same time availability fell to its lowest in two and a half years. Despite gloomy macro economic conditions we enter 2025 optimistic that the South Bank office market will strengthen. However, there does remain caution in the market and it continues to be the case that offices that are not of sufficient quality or in prime locations are much more challenging to let.
