About us
National Women's Register (NWR) is a network of local groups and individual members who enjoy lively discussion and conversation, both serious and light-hearted. It is for women who like to be informed and share ideas. By actively participating in the content of meetings, which typically take place in each other's homes, members share their opinions and ideas and form long-lasting friendships. Discussions at NWR Group meetings revolve around topical issues, art and culture. Groups also have book clubs and include visits and speakers in their programmes. There is a broad range of varied day and evening events held around the UK.

Thanks to our inspiring speakers, all of whom were amazing Dame Julie A Kenny DBE DL Corin Robertson Clare Nasir Jayne Dunn 👏👏 Thanks also to our all fabulous workshop leaders Colleen Mann Sue Pontefract, Michelle Rawlings, Helen Cowen, Rachel Thorne and Alex Keen. All were fun and engaging. And a massive thanks to our amazing conference planning team - volunteers from our Sheffield groups. You absolutely smashed it and we are very proud and eternally grateful 🙏🙏
