On the 23rd of October, Nyetimber was proud to partner with the Design Museum for their major new exhibition launch event, “The World of Tim Burton.” This incredible exhibition had a lavish star-studded launch, and guests had the opportunity to preview the show, which runs until 21st April 2025.    To celebrate the launch of the exhibition, the Design Museum worked with its partners to create a Burtonesque world with gothic-inspired styling and a specially curated dance performance by Trinity Laban. Nyetimber was enjoyed throughout the celebrations, served alongside delicious spooky bites and perfectly paired canapés by Jimmy Garcia catering.   Tim Burton was on hand to present his works that span illustrations, paintings, photography, sketches, 3D models and original costumes from some of the world’s most iconic productions including Edward Scissorhands, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Wednesday and The Nightmare Before Christmas. This is a must-see exhibition and a complete triumph by our partner, bravo The Design Museum, we raise a glass to another fabulously detailed and captivating exhibition.   For more information visit: www.designmuseum.com #Nyetimber #TheDesignMuseum #TimBurton #PerfectlyBritish

INEOS Britannia ’s challenge for the 37th America’s Cup came to an end this week in Barcelona. After what was a historic campaign for Britain, which saw INEOS Britannia become the first-ever British team to win an America’s Cup Challenger Series, the first British team to race in the America’s Cup Match in 60 years, and the first British boat to score points in the Match in 90 years. These achievements combined set a new standard for British sailing in the America’s Cup.   Nyetimber couldn’t be prouder of the INEOS Britannia team’s efforts, the hard work and determination over the past three-year campaign, which has never wavered.    Sir Ben Ainslie commented “The team’s mission has always been to win and defend the America’s Cup for Britain, and nothing has changed. Earlier this month, Nyetimber, a proud partner of The National Gallery, supported a very special evening “Unexpected View” which explores the National Gallery’s collection through the eyes of contemporary artists and curators.   Practicing artists have always held a central role at the National Gallery, and the event invites key artists to reflect on the significance of works from the Gallery’s collection to each of their practices.   The Gallery continues developing its Modern and Contemporary Programme with highlights this year including the current exhibition, Hockney and Piero: A Longer Look until 27 October 2024, Artist in Residence exhibition Katrina Palmer: The Touch Report from 10 December until 2 March 2025, in Room 17a.
