O&M Manuals. Please give us as much notice as you can. It's that time of the year again with many jobs trying to complete before the festive break. Once again, we're seeing some panicky enquiries because the O&Ms and other handover documentation have been forgotten or left to the last minute. We do our best to accommodate these late notice jobs but if we can take them on we charge more because they're inevitably more difficult than those with loads of advance notice. Please get us involved early in the project in order to get the best prices.

We produce O&M Manuals and other handover documentation for clients in the construction industry who are too busy to do them themselves and who want to give their clients high quality written records that match the quality of their works. We are large enough to cover unforeseen eventualities but small enough to avoid the higher costs incurred by larger organisations We have a very low environmental impact due to promoting paperless documentation and having most workers operating from home.
