Thank you so much to Guildford Lions Club for selecting Oakleaf as their charity of choice for this year’s Firework Fiesta on Saturday. The evening was nothing short of spectacular, and the fireworks themselves were brilliant. 🎇🎆 We would like to say a big thank you to all who attended – your contributions will make a significant difference to the lives of individuals struggling with mental health challenges. We also can’t thank our volunteers enough for showing up and helping to make the event an outstanding success. We sincerely hope everyone enjoyed the evening as much as we did!

Only 5 days until our Firework Fiesta in Stoke Park, Guildford! Gates will open at 5 PM on Saturday, November 2nd, and our event will feature LIVE MUSIC from The Hired Guns, delicious food and drinks, and a variety of entertainment, finishing with the spectacular firework display at 8:30 PM! Car parking spots are filling up quickly, so if you want to secure your space, make sure to book today! The first 250 children who arrive in Halloween costumes will receive a FREE token for a ride! Tickets are just £12.50 (+ booking fee) for adults, while children under 16 can attend for FREE! (must be accompanied by an adult) All proceeds from our event will benefit Oakleaf Enterprise, a local charity in Guildford who provide services for those needing support with their mental health. Oakleaf is honoured to be a key delivery partner of Bridge the Gap, a trauma-informed outreach service that’s part of the government’s Changing Futures initiative. Our dedicated Bridge the Gap Support Workers provide tailored one-to-one support, covering areas such as mental health, physical healthcare, financial management, and daily living tasks. We’re especially proud to share a heartfelt testimonial from a mother and son, highlight the positive impact of the service, and the incredible support they received from one of our wonderful support workers, Colin Gibbons. It’s a privilege to be part of this vital work, helping individuals and families navigate some of life’s toughest challenges.
