International Stress Awareness Day, 4-8 November This week marks International Stress Awareness Week which is the perfect time to reflect on the importance of mental health and well-being in our daily lives. Stress can impact us in many different ways, but taking proactive steps can make a significant difference. At Obsidian we believe in the power of movement to combat stress. That is why our team dedicates one-hour each week in our diaries to exercise and wellness. This hour can be spent however we like whether that is a relaxing yoga session, a sweating spin session or even an hour of meditation. Exercise and wellness can help to manage stress by boosting our moods, improving our focus and it encourages a work/life balance. At Obsidian we want to continue to prioritise our well-being not just during International Stress Awareness Week, but every week. #obsidian #weareobsidian #stressawarenessweek #stressawareness
