We are proud to share that we recently held our inaugural Allyship Day, an event dedicated to exploring through team conversations, our senior leaders coming together and our allyship toolkit what it means to be an ally and how we can all step up to support one another.   During our Townhall, over 400 colleagues from across Europe came together to engage in meaningful conversations and learn from our inspiring guest speaker Dr. Asif Sadiq MBE. The session, expertly led by our Chief People Officer, Suzie Welch, left us all feeling energised and motivated. We gained new insights and a renewed commitment to fostering allyship within our organisation. A heartfelt thank you to Asif for his invaluable contribution and to all our colleagues who participated in this pivotal event.
