Resilience 💪 "the capacity to recover quickly from difficulties; toughness” We all have the power of resilience, some need to dig deeper to find it, but we all have it! I just come home from our yearly @OdfjellTechnology Women Network delegate gathering in Aberdeen where all delegates from around the world had our yearly meeting. We also hosted the OTWN UK event for all the great women in our @OdfjellTechnology UK office. We had some empowering days discussing how we can contribute in reaching our company`s goal of 40% women in mid-management positions in 2026. 👉 It is not about women in such, it is about diversity and inclusion. 💗 We were so lucky to have Katharine Descamps as our guest and mentor, sharing her story and diamonds. WOW – I`m so amazed 🤩 It was a story of passion, engagement and resilience – and I took everything with my in my heart ❤️ When did you face your challenge(s) that increased your resilience? We are happy to announce a letter of award for the provision of a Mobile Workover Unit in Southeast Asia from a major operating company. 💚 The contract adds approximately USD 64 million of firm revenue to our backlog and has an estimated duration of two years with expected commencement in the second quarter of 2025. We will start the mobilisation preparations immediately and look forward to working with the operator to meet contract expectations safely and efficiently. 🙌 #OdfjellTechnology
