Let us show you how. 👇🏽 Imagine you get 1,000 leads over a year, and your funnel performs like this: 1. Conversion Rate: 30% of leads move to your next step, giving you 300 leads. 2. Opportunity Conversion: 20% of those leads become opportunities, leaving you with 60 leads. 3. Win Rate: 20% of opportunities result in closed deals, which means you close 12 deals. 4. Average Contract Value (ACV): $50K per deal. 💰 This setup results in an Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) of $600K. Now, with the same number of leads, if you achieve some small improvements across the funnel: 1. Increase your first step conversion rate by 5% to 35%. 2. Increase your second step conversion rate by 5% to 25%. 3. Increase your win rate by 5% to 25%. 4. Increase your ACV by $12.5K to $62.5k 💰💸 With these improvements, you will more than double your ARR to $1,375,000!
