We are a community interest company founded on the belief that looking after your wellbeing drives success across all aspects of your life, and we believe that everyone should be able to access support to achieve their life goals! ❤ Corporate Wellbeing ❤ Investing in our services for your employees is a no-brainer!     We are always working hard to expand our partnership network, and for the past few months we have been working closely with Shanti-Aid to secure funds to deliver a much-needed collaboration. . Shanti-Aid are a dedicated charity committed to transforming the lives of women and children. Together, we believe in the power of education and training to create opportunities for personal and financial growth. . Over the next few weeks, we are offering a series of FREE courses to women who have experienced, are experiencing, or are at risk of domestic violence and abuse. We understand the critical role education plays in breaking the chains of adversity and fostering independence. . Last week, we successfully delivered a Combined Emergency First Aid and Emergency Paediatric First Aid course. The journey doesn't end here – we have more empowering courses lined up, including, . ✅ L2 Health & Safety ✅ L2 Food Safety ✅ L2 Understanding Mental Health in the Workplace ✅ L2 Safeguarding Children, Young People & Adults at Risk . Our goal is to equip these women with the skills and knowledge needed to find employment that accommodates their family life. . Tree Pose: Stand on one leg, bringing the sole of your foot to the inner thigh or calf. . Heel-to-Toe Walk: Take small steps, placing the heel of one foot directly in front of the toes of the other. .
