We are currently looking to recruit a Clinical Services Administrator to join our team! #hiring #vacancy As a Clinical Services Administrator you will provide administrative support to a group of Orthopaedic, Spinal, General Surgery, and Gynaecological Consultants.   The role involves planning, managing and co-ordinating Consultants' diaries, making patient appointments, booking clinics and theatres, taking inbound and making outbound calls, and other administrative duties. Working as part of a team you will ensure every patient receives continuity, with the highest level of service and support throughout their care.   The successful candidate: You will be an excellent communicator, thrive in a fast paced environment and be able to work using your own initiative whilst maintaining regular updates with Consultants and your team. You should have a professional outlook, empathetic telephone manner and understand the importance of patient confidentiality.   Knowledge and skills: To apply for this position candidates must have a background within office administration and ideally experience within a medical environment, however commitment to providing excellence in patient service is what matters to us the most and in-house training will be given. Join our consultant team! #hiring One Health is looking for a fellowship-trained Orthopaedic Hip and Knee surgeon to support and grow the One Health Group Orthopaedic Team. The role involves assessing and operating on patients referred to One Health via the NHS e-Referral System. Patient consultations will be held across a number of outreach clinic sites, with a particular focus on Lincolnshire, Hull and Scunthorpe. Operations will take place within a range of independent sector hospitals. The Consultant must be prepared to travel. The successful candidate will have experience working within a similar role in a private or NHS setting. You should have a professional outlook, empathetic telephone manner and understand the importance of patient confidentiality. In order to be considered for this position: You should currently be in a substantive NHS post OR in a long-term locum post (more than 12 months) If not in current NHS post, should have been a substantive NHS consultant for at least 3 years before leaving the NHS On GMC register and have no hearings or restrictions Should have relevant sub specialist qualifications (FRCS {orth}) Be on the specialist register All surgeons who work with One Health will be subject to our onboarding process and approval from our Clinical Governance Lead. WE ARE RECRUITING! #hiring We are looking to recruit a number of Chaperones for clinics we hold based in the Birmingham, Derby, Nuneaton and Leicester area. You do not need to be based in the area to apply, however being in proximity to our clinics is desirable. This is an exciting opportunity which allows applicants to work flexibly around other commitments, offering hours during the week, evenings and weekends. The role will involve traveling so applicants will be required to drive. Travel expenses are reimbursed, on top of a paid hourly rate. The successful applicant will be expected to observe all examinations undertaken during patient consultations. No qualifications are needed, however desirable experience includes a background in nursing, care or a healthcare assistant role. Applicants will be subject to a DBS and will need to undergo a short online training course, paid for by OHG. The applicant must be friendly and approachable with a professional outlook. Anybody chaperoning a clinic will be exposed to sensitive and personal patient data and therefore must strictly adhere to confidentially and data protection protocols.
