    ASSISTANT PRODUCER - SHORT FILMS SERIES - MIDDLE EAST   OR MEDIA are looking for an experienced ASSISTANT PRODUCER to work on a series of high-end content style short films for a Middle East client, exploring the idea of reform and changes in Saudi Arabia. 6m contract to start asap, hybrid working in our London offices. Excellent production values, and working with different teams, from animation to drama and documentary. Filming on location in Saudi Arabia for approx. 3-week blocks from February ‘24. This well-resourced series needs an experienced AP with very strong story-telling skills to research, find fantastic characters and manage contributors and stories on location and be a key part of the team setting-up filming. The aim will be to produce a series of surprising and creatively driven short films to exploring the cultural, economic and environmental changes and reforms taking place in Saudi Arabia and how they are affecting the youth of the country.     SERIES PRODUCER – SPORTS DOCUMENTARY SERIES - MIDDLE EAST   OR MEDIA are looking for an experienced SERIES PRODUCER to work on a high-end Sports documentary series for Middle East/International broadcasters.   Full time contract from January ‘24, initially for 6m but likely to extend for an approx. further 6m. Hybrid working with access required to London for regular production meetings. Recce and filming blocks in Saudi Arabia will take place in the Spring & Autumn in approximately 2-3 week stretches. Remote edit, with Post in London.     PRODUCER/DIRECTOR - RESTORATION SERIES - MIDDLE EAST  OR MEDIA are looking for an experienced PRODUCER/DIRECTOR to work on a beautiful high-end Restoration series for Middle East/International broadcasters. Contract is full time, initially for 6m to start January ‘24 - our super team are predominantly based in the West Country, and the role will be mainly remote working with regular weekly access to Bristol for production meetings. Filming on location in Saudi Arabia for approx. 3  week blocks from around February. Editing remotely, with post in London. We are looking for PDs who have followed longer term building or restoration projects before and have a keen interest in history. Skills should include nurturing relationships, following erratic build processes, and explaining key building and craft processes along the way. You need to be used to working in difficult conditions - whether on building sites or in a hot climate - and have experience directing crews and using some key toys – drones, jibs, polecams, sliders, prime lenses etc. Self-shooting would be an advantage but not essential... What is really essential is the ability to make things look beautiful. Ideally you will take your film(s) through to edit, so keen writing skills and the ability to take ownership of a story would be required.  Would suit someone with a background in Specialist Factual / Restoration / History.     CONTENT OPERATIONS CO-ORDINATOR – Acquisitions & Reversioning OR Media are looking for an Operations Co-ordinator to work within the Acquisitions & Reversioning team. Please note this is not a production role. Full time, 12-month contract. Hybrid working offered with 3 days minimum per week in our Central London offices. There will be on occasion requirement to attend the office more regularly. You will be part of a team that acquire and reversion television productions for International & Middle East Broadcasters. You will be responsible for coordinating the operational and technical workflow for the department, problem solving operational issues, tracking delivery of source and paper assets from suppliers, and ensuring the smooth running through all stages of the reversioning process to final delivery.  You will need to be super-organised, very patient, great communicator, good-humoured, work well to deadlines and respond to feedback - and have great attention to detail! The focus of the role is tracking workflow and ensuring clear communication with all. You will need proven experience in digital media operations and have proficiency with content management software, viewing platforms and digital cloud storage. Familiarity with financial software such as PMI/Approval Max and advanced Excel skills and knowledge is beneficial. Tasks additionally include liaising formatting documents, updating databases, preparing POs & invoices.
