Lisa spent 20 years in clinical practice and then 20 years in surgical education.  She managed an orthopaedic/trauma service of a major teaching hospital, and has insight into the circumstances and challenges facing surgical teams.  Having been immersed in both cultures, she is in a unique position to provide educational advice. Lisa has been a surgical educator since 1992. In that time she has trained over 15,000 surgeons from 68 countries within Europe, North America, Latin America, and Asia Pacific.
