“It was fascinating what Frank could get up to in a week. He had an enthusiasm for life, always up to something. I miss him showing up out of the blue. It used to drive me mad at the time, but now I’d give anything to see him standing at the door for dinner, ready to share a million stories like he always did. He was always there for my kids, feeding them and leaving them bouncing off the walls. A huge #ThankYouThursday to the incredible Dads & Lads team for their inspiring 100-mile cycle from Glasgow to Edinburgh – all completed in just one day! 🚴 They undertook this challenge in loving memory of John's brother-in-law, Tommy Clancy. Despite facing setbacks with illness and injuries, the team pushed through and proved that third time’s the charm! 💜 Your efforts help us continue raising awareness and striving for early diagnosis in the fight against pancreatic cancer. A massive #ThankYouThursday to Becca & Ron Salter for raising an incredible £1,470! 🏊♀️💜 Their outdoor swim challenge was inspired by Becca’s best friend's dad, Steve Boyce, who is living with terminal pancreatic cancer. Becca and Ron took on the Swim Serpentine in Steve’s honour, raising vital funds to support early diagnosis and improve survival rates. 🙌 We also want to say thank you to Steve for sharing his story, and to everyone who donated together, we will make a real difference! 💪 💜
