Parkinson's Europe helps support over 1.2 million people with Parkinson’s and their families across Europe with a vision of enabling a full life with Parkinson’s while supporting the search for a cure. Non-political, non-religious and non-profit making, EPDA is an umbrella organisation with national members across 36 countries covering 28 European languages. It is the advocate for the rights and needs of 1.2 million European people with Parkinson’s and their families, aiming to raise awareness to ensure that all people with Parkinson’s and their families have access to the right management and the right treatment at the right time. We empower patients across Europe 👐🇪🇺 The OnHOME Alliance was launched in Brussels yesterday, a major step towards expanding online access to prescription medicines for all people across the EU. We were joined by true healthcare experts and policymakers, united for one common goal - to make healthcare more accessible and equitable, for all. ❗ Currently, only 8 Member States allow patients to access prescription medicines digitally. ✅ The revision of the General Pharmaceutical Legislation is a unique chance to empower all by making digital healthcare tangible. Patients' voices must drive the future of healthcare.
