It has validated our team's hard work. It has also given us the boost we needed, solidified our morale, and most importantly strengthened our team. We’re all proud and motivated to hold the keys to one of our stores. Onwards & upwards from here. Watch this space we want more!' Calum Pentony 'It was a wonderful surprise and honour to receive the Outstanding Service award this year. Over the last few years we have taken services to new heights with improved speed, excellent customer service and leading repair quality, in spite of some of the challenges both controllable and uncontrollable. It's been a pleasure to lead on that from head office perspective with the support of Ben & Lucy, but even more so seeing all the managers, engineers and consultants deliver those to customers each day. I'm sure working together we'll continue to improve on them over the coming months and years! ' Julia Ditchfield 'Winning the Retail, People and Samsung BSA award is a fantastic achievement for us as a store. We know we are established as a top sales store. So these awards mean so much for us to be recognised for not just sales, but our people and operations. I would like to thank my management team Marc, Andy and Issy for the journey we have been on all of there efforts to achieve these fantastic results. I am really proud of my team and this really recognises all our hard work!'
