We were thrilled to welcome our very own Michelin-starred chef, Giancarlo Perbellini, to Pasta Evangelists Greenwich last night, where he personally cooked alongside our expert chefs to celebrate the launch of Vortici, the luxury infused pasta by the legendary Albert Adrià. Having Perbellini in the kitchen with us made the evening truly special, as he brought his unique touch to each dish, crafting an unforgettable dining experience. With candlelit tables and minimalist florals, we transformed the space into a cosy Italian retreat, letting the rich aromas and bold flavours of Vortici fill the air. The atmosphere was the perfect setting to showcase these incredible pasta varieties. We’re excited to announce that Vortici will be available at Pasta Evangelists by Perbellini in Harrods this November, in two exquisite varieties: Sourdough Vortici and Smoked Vortici. These dishes bring together Adrià’s innovative flair and Pasta Evangelists' dedication to delivering the finest Italian flavours. Guests were treated to inventive canapés and desserts, but the stars of the night were the Sourdough and Smoked Vortici pastas—crafted to perfection by Perbellini and our talented chefs. Exciting News: Pasta Evangelists are expanding our Buying and Procurement team! 🍝 We’re thrilled to introduce our new Head of Buying Nick Watts who has joined the Pasta Evangelists famiglia! Nick brings with him a wealth of experience, before joining us at Pasta Evangelists he has been responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and contracting high-quality products from around the world at Belazu. When we spoke to Nick about his decision he shared: “I am incredibly excited to join Pasta Evangelists as the new Head of Buying. After several years at my previous company, I felt it was time for a new challenge and an opportunity to further my passion for exceptional food.
