A huge shout-out to Kay Waters at Orega for helping us set up this fantastic pop-up at The Colmore Building – we couldn’t have done it without you and your welcoming team! We had an incredible time last weekend running our on-site restaurant at the Bristol International Balloon Fiesta! Over the course of the event, we operated four services—breakfast, lunch, early dinner, and nightglow—and kept the energy going with our BBQ tent, serving up delicious breakfast BAPs and burgers throughout the day. A massive thank you to Richmond Events Management for bringing us on board and allowing us to be part of such an iconic Bristol tradition. The experience was truly magical, and we can’t wait to continue being involved in this amazing event year after year. We’re also grateful to the team at AMBITIOUS for your creativity and support in sharing our story with the Fiesta community. Your ideas and promotion made all the difference. A big shoutout to Prickly Pear Stretch Tents for creating our stunning venue, Last Orders Ltd for their seamless setup, and Bristol Beacon for your fantastic support in ticketing. Lastly, a very special thank you to Elana Edwards and Alec Wilkinson for organizing everything and ensuring that the event ran flawlessly.
