Our Visiting Speaker programme informs and inspires our students' acquisition of knowledge. Yesterday's talk from Gregory Treverton-Jones KC fascinated our Sixth Formers, as he shared his Law career and answered questions spanning reforms to the Bar and the legal system as a whole, politics, ethics and the growing prevalence of AI. "Mr Treverton-Jones’ insights were incredibly useful" Co-Leader of Pate’s Law Society Daria (Yr 13) said, “My 'take away' from this talk was to be open to the whole scope of the legal sphere, including soliciting and the Bar, as the path that may appear for you in Law can be unexpected and come by chance - thank you to Mr Treverton-Jones for such an entertaining talk.”
