Serving over 2,500 patients, this organisation is a true lifeline for individuals managing this condition. Their impact goes far beyond patient support. The Irish Haemochromatosis Association is also: 1) Influential in guiding how research on haemochromatosis is conducted, ensuring that the patient’s voice is at the heart of scientific progress. 2)An active partner in the medical and nursing professions, working tirelessly to enhance education programs and improve patient outcomes.
