PBAssessment are a member of the LCA (Legionella Control Association). The LCA require their members “to work to a recognised code of conduct” to which we adhere, ensuring our clients are complying with current legislation.
All staff involved in assessment or maintenance of the control scheme are Water Management Society (WMS) members. Additionally we train our staff with a combination of internal, on-site (client permitting) and
external training via City & Guilds accredited courses.
We offer packages that include mostly digital servicing so that all our client’s reports are stored safely. Aside from this each client is supplied with a paper-based document file to store on site.
We have £5 million of public liability insurance cover and £1 million or professional indemnity insurance to guarantee our clients are protected even in the most severe circumstances.
