Meet our 2024 Director of the Year Awards judges 🏆 Next up Catriona Watt, Chief Executive Officer PDMS Catriona took over as Chief Executive Officer in early 2024. She joined the PDMS team in 2008 and has held a number of roles across the organisation giving her an in-depth knowledge of the business, particularly the commercial side having held the role of Chief Commercial Officer for a number of years. Catriona holds a certificate in Company Direction from the Institute of Directors (IoD) and won the IoD Young Director of the Year Award in 2022. When not in work Catriona enjoys the outdoors and spending time with family and friends. She holds a BSc (Hons) from Liverpool University and an MSc from Heriot-Watt University. As a previous winner in 2022, Catriona has a first-hand insight into the time and effort taken by all entrants and indeed our worthy finalists.
