How has our industry changed? Jitesh Patel explains relationship change between: - Real Estate - Business Objectives - The Workforce. Gone are the days whereby a client brief is.. We know what we need, we just need a space for this objective. Clients briefs are now: We don't know what we need. But, We have 200 people. Who we require to be more engaged, and even more productive. I personally think this is a better process for us & the client. This means we as a company are able to exercise our expertise. Yesterday, Clare Acfield and I had a lovely morning, despite the weather, going to the Workspace Design Show at the Business Design Centre in Islington. 🌆 It was great getting out and about, visiting the different stands, listening to some talks and chatting with people in the industry. Special mention to the Peldon Rose stand where we made mood boards out of all their lovely samples (Clare arranged mine for me with her interior eye) and were given lovely tote bags with some Tony's chocolate!
