🔵 This week we delivered a series of 1/2 day classroom workshops with Co-op's logistics managers across the U.K and their various shift patterns, including delivering workshops for night shift managers. 💬 The focus of this workshop was covering tools and techniques for managers to use when having 'difficult or 'honest' conversations with their teams, particularly around performance. Some of the topics we covered in this workshop included: 🌟 Understanding our own behaviours & communication preferences 🌟 How we can be perceived by others when under pressure 🌟 How to adapt our communication to others to collaborate more effectively 🌟 Understanding the behaviours and dynamics the exist in our team 🌟 Understanding our natural conflict management styles and how to adapt these depending on the importance of achieving the outcome or maintaining the relationship with the other person. 📊 This workshop included the use of TTI Success Insights DISC assessment to provide qualitative data and insight into behaviours and communication preferences.
