We're delighted to see the progress Well Albania has made through the #SkillsInBusiness project funded by EBRD. Since our partnership began in February 2024, we've been working closely to support the development of a comprehensive HR strategy, streamline processes and set clear targets to maximise their team's full potential. A special mention goes to our expert consultant, Janet Read, whose expertise has been instrumental in guiding this collaboration. We're proud to support Well Albania’s commitment to investing in their people and building a strong foundation for future success. #WorkforceDevelopment #HRStrategy #SkillsInBusiness
#SkillsinBusiness #LearningApproaches #MeasuringImpact #HRfunctions #HRdevelopment #ContinuousProfessionalDevelopment #NewImplementation #TeamWork #Training #Leadership #EmploymentBrand #CareerDevelopment
