We recognized Hispanic Heritage Month to celebrate the diverse traditions, cultures, and contributions of the Hispanic/Latinx community. This year, PGIM’s Mary Ann Ferraro, CFA teamed up with influential "Chef Papi" Stephen Rodriguez to highlight how Dominican culture fuels his passion! Highly accomplished professional tango dancers, Martín Almirón and Delfina Rivas, entertained while we enjoyed food from Chef Papi. We strive to foster an environment that strengthens our inclusive culture all year round, but always welcome opportunities for our employees to come together in celebration of the rich heritage at PGIM. #HispanicHeritageMonth

Senior Managing Director at PGIM Private Capital

It was an interesting discussion on the private credit panel at the FT Live Future of Asset Management conference in New York last week. Private credit is the hot topic in asset management but, as we talked about, the bellwether for success is nothing new: it’s the ability to generate unique deal flow across direct, sponsored and intermediated channels. Thanks to my fellow panelists -David N. Miller, Kate El-Hillow and Neil Mehta – and to Michela Tindera for moderating the session so expertly. #FTFOAM
