You’ll guide our estimating strategy, deliver regular updates, and work toward strategic goals, ensuring smooth project transitions and exceptional client satisfaction. Phi Group's Leeds office are on site at Balfour Beatty's Langthwaite Enterprise Zone project in Pontefract. Works are split into the Northern and Southern retaining walls and will be constructed using Phi Group's Andacrib concrete crib retaining wall system. Northern wall - 193m long with a maximum retained height of 4.80m and face area of 761m2. Southern wall - 347m long with a maximum retained height of 5.20m and face area of 1,205m2. Works commenced on site in September and are progressing well. #retainingwalls #design #supply #installation

Phi Group are delighted to have been contracted to carry out the design, supply and installation of several Permacrib timber crib retaining walls for Caddick Construction Limited at their Vernon Park project in Wolverhampton. The new development is located adjacent to Junction 1 of the M54, 5 miles to the north of Wolverhampton town centre, with Phase 1 of the scheme consisting of 3 new, high quality industrial / warehouse units.  We have so far constructed two of our BBA Certified Permacrib timber crib retaining walls, with another two possible walls required on to accommodate level differences on site. Phi Group has completed installation of the first of 30 structures for Skanska on the A428 Black Cat to Caxton Gibbet Improvement Scheme. We have been contracted to provide the necessary plant and labour carry out the installation of Tensar, a division of CMC TW3 modular block faced reinforced soil structures. The first structure is called ST45, which provides two load bearing reinforced soil structures to support either side of a new footbridge. The structures have been designed to support the foundations for the new footbridge, so Tensar, a division of CMC designed the reinforced soil walls with additional layers of geogrid to provide the necessary load bearing capacity. It is great to be working with Skanska and their design partner Mott MacDonald, together with the team at Tensar, a division of CMC, to begin the delivery of these structures on this important highways improvement scheme. Another project completed on time and on budget. This Andacrib concrete crib retaining wall was constructed at a new Lidl store in Paignton for WRIGHT MORGAN LTD. At 120m long, up to 5m in height and with a face area of over 400 square metres, it is an impressive sight. The Andacrib system has a 120 year design life, is quick to construct and is widely used on both commercial and infrastructure projects.
