But when everything falls into place, the results can be incredible.   Rich Forder, Robert Guegan, James Walker and James Morgan had all worked within major organisations and shared a belief that small specialist cybersecurity teams faced significant challenges and limitations. After a final chat in the corner of a pub in 2018, the four decided to launch what is now the leading cyber security consultancy, Logiq, and they haven’t looked back since.   As the company quickly grew, demand outpaced its early operational structure, making a growth partner the natural next step. We love travelling around the UK and Ireland, meeting founders and entrepreneurs. There are many things we enjoy about our trips to Ireland, but one of the highlights (other than the excellent people) is always the addition of soda bread at breakfast. In Limerick earlier this week, we also had a soda bread-based lunch and we brought a loaf back for the rest of the office to enjoy too

For anyone who has visited Phoenix, they will have had the absolute delight of meeting Caroline Butler. She has done an absolutely stellar job of looking after us all for the last 21 years, but today we are saying goodbye. Caroline, you are one in a million and we will miss you! How you manage to make such a delicious lunch for so many of us every Thursday remains an unsolved mystery…
