I've spent over 10 years in finance and almost 9 years at Kraft Heinz (KHC). Starting as an analyst, I've moved through 4 different countries, reaching the position of Regional CFO at the age of 30 and managing over 100 employees across different cultures and backgrounds. I know what it’s like to juggle the pressures of leadership, career growth, and personal fulfillment. Also, I know how it is to fight with burnout and stress. But along the way, I realized many professionals are caught in the same cycle of burnout, overwhelm, and an elusive chase for growth. I saw many people around me falling into the same traps, and that's why I decided to make a change and help people struggling to progress in their careers or make a change and live more fulfilling lives. I've translated all the tools and techniques that helped me progress in my career and move from over 80-hour workweeks to way under 40. I've spent over 15 years testing and validating the framework that became the foundation of The PhoeniX Way. Schedule Downtime - Reserve mini daily resets—like a 20-minute walk or journaling session—to keep yourself centered. 4. Reflect and Adjust Weekly - Check how each ‘instrument’ (work, family, health) sounds in your symphony—tune them as needed. Unless you always wanted to be casted in Fast & Furious let’s find a steering wheel for your life. In life, drifting isn’t relaxing—it’s chaotic. Missing deadlines, ignoring personal goals, and letting others set your schedule. You need every step of the solution to stop drifting and start steering.
