To the Women of Science in our industry🔬 Who influenced you to pursue your studies? On International Women's Day, taking a moment to honor you, those who inspired you and the organizations in our industry that are working hard to advance science for women. From the Phynova team: Barbara Davis-My mom 😊. I came home from school every day talking about what we learned in science - enthusiastically explaining it to her. She always encouraged me to follow my passion for science – from helping me bring my ‘tri-lab pack’ (microscope, chemistry and geology set) to school so I could set up ‘lab’ in the back of my 3rd grade classroom to getting me an invite as a high school student to meet an astronaut when he gave a lecture at Yale, mom was absolutely my inspiration. Xiaofei Gao-My dad! And I truly admire how he’s always taken such great care of our family's health. He’s the first person each of us turns to for trustworthy advice on any health-related questions. From secondary school, I started discussing science topics with him, and to this day, we still have interesting debates/exchange about pharmaceuticals. I really love that dynamic! Jewell Blackwell- I had a physics teacher in high school that made me see science everywhere and in everything. He showed up every day overjoyed to bring science off of the page for us. If you got the highest score on the test, you could feed the class pet, a python. I never studied harder for a test. Next thing you know, I became a biology major in college. Thank you again People Science for awarding Phynova Group Ltd the opportunity to use your Chloe app to study how Reducose® modifies symptoms experienced by women during menopause in a real-world setting. We look forward to sharing our study results and continuing to find ways to support women's health. Let's kick it off with the People Science team.
