Elzard van der Peet is the new Managing Director of our Dutch business, Light Insurance, taking over the reins from Ronald van de Laar. Elzard joins from Raetsheren, an insurance broker based in Alkmaar, and we are excited to see where he will take the incredible business built up by Ronald. Ronald founded Light 35 years ago, which we were delighted to acquire in 2021. He will remain on the Board to support Elzard and Light’s team, focusing on continued client service excellence, as well as spearheading further M&A and related projects.
