We hosted our Pinewood #FuturesFestivalUK this weekend and welcomed over 4,000 young people and career changers. The event is a highlight of the year. We aimed to immerse, inspire and engage the filmmakers of the future, with speaker sessions hosted by BBC Radio 1 Film Critic and Journalist Ali Plumb in our John Barry Theatre as well as demonstrations and exhibits across three sound stages, tenant spaces, the Underwater Stage and Post Production. The lot was buzzing with energy and enthusiasm and over 150 Stormtroopers, Wookies and Droids. A huge thanks to all those who attended, from schools and colleges and companies from across the industry. Stay tuned for more from the weekend.
