A few weeks ago, we invited 80+ brands from our brand community to our annual online Shopify Geekmeet. Leaders from their Solutions, Collabs and Partnerships teams gave attendees a deep-dive insight into new and upcoming tools from Shopify. This exclusive event has become an annual opportunity for growing brands to better understand how to get the most out of Shopify. Piper has long been an advocate of Shopify; the majority of our portfolio is on the platform. Over the last two days, it was a treat and an honour to attend B Lab UK's Louder Than Words Festival for Piper, the largest gathering of B Corps in the world ever! Spread across venues in Oxford, with dozens of panels and workshops as well as celebrity, activist and business leader speakers, a BMX parkour display, and Mary Portas forcing us all to picture Phillip Green in his speedos, ugh. The inspiring and open B Corp community always amazes me. I watched travel companies put themselves on trial in a real courtroom with a real barrister presiding, businesses reveal the struggles with inclusivity, and an audience of finance professionals lost for words at Benedict Cumberbatch's moving Letters Live performance (if you haven't seen it -https://lnkd.in/emkyPmZe) Thank you and a huge congrats to everyone at B Lab UK, and see you next year!

Our dog day care partner brand hosted their first ever Bruce's Doggy Day Festival, in aid of Blue Cross UK. With stalls from local businesses, a dog pool and launch pad, a Dog Show, a whole host of sports day activities, a pet photographer, Bruce's dog behaviourists on hand to answer questions, as well as the chance to meet other dog owners and tour the Bruce's Battlers Green site, it really shows how charity fundraising can be so much more than money, it can be an opportunity to give back to customers and the community.

We are delighted to share that our small group travel partner brand, Rabbie's Tours, is now a certified B Corp B Lab UK. They are now the 6th certified B Corp in our portfolio.
