I wanted to share my insights with my network, hoping it might help someone in their career journey. 🎯 Do’s: ✅Tailored Applications: Customise your CV for each role. Highlight the skills and experiences that align with the job description. ✅Networking: Connections are key! Reach out, engage in conversations, and don’t hesitate to ask for referrals. ✅Prepare for Interviews: Practise common interview questions and scenarios. Research the interviewers and come up with thoughtful questions about the role and company. ✅Continuous Learning: Upskill yourself. Whether it’s a new certification, online course, or relevant project, show that you’re always growing. ✅Stay Organised: Keep track of the jobs you’ve applied to, interview schedules, and follow-up tasks. The organisation helps you manage the process efficiently. ✅Resilience: Rejections happen.
