As the successful candidate you will have a minimum of circa 5 years of experience post-Part III and will be able to demonstrate a convincing record of running quality residential projects through all RIBA stages, from concept to completion. Ideally you will be design focused and able to work independently as well as able to operate in a managerial role, supervising and coordinating a junior in-house team.
